How to create double digit growth in your Network Marketing Business!

Sometimes we are funny creatures aren’t we? We go into something new because we are inspired by something we hear. We start off like a race horse and then all of a sudden we find ourselves lame and in the stable!

Perhaps like me you attended a meeting and heard a speaker talk about how their lives changed as a result of being successful in Network Marketing and you were so inspired that you put your money on the line and you said okay this is for me this is what I want to do.

So you joined got your Distributor Kit had a few meetings with your upline and off you went out of the starting gate and onto the track. You started to build your business, you were doing kind of okay you have a few people join your team and a couple of those sponsor a few, things are going along okay and then all of a sudden it’s like you hit a wall, you seem to stagnate you developed a limp.

You seem to be spending more and more time calling and emailing your team, sometimes just touching base to find out if you can help them and other times your making sure they are going to the next meeting and they are bringing guests.

You do this week in week our for a few weeks and all of a sudden you realise you are in some sort of holding pattern, your growth rate in your Network Marketing business is dropping. Now instead of double digit growth each month you are slipping into the low single digit numbers and you are spending more and more time chasing your team to see what they are doing.

This is what we call “team management” mode, which is a sure fire way to reduce the size of your business and absolutely turn you lame. But don’t worry this can all be fixed really, really, quickly with one simple step that will take you right into double digit growth.

The facts of life are simple 3% of the population earn 97% of the wealth, why do you think that is?

97% of people are happier to stick with what they know than to take the time to learn to be or do anything different to earn greater financial reward.

So your goals is to sponsor as many of those 3%ers as you can find.

Knowing that 97% of people perhaps won’t do what they need to do or learn to become financially successful does it make sense to try and push 100% of the people you brought into the business to become successful? No of course not.

I can tell that’s just not going to happen no matter how strong you are as a motivator, inspirer, or an uplifter you will never get 100% of people to do the same things. You see you can only motivate inspire or uplift those that want to be motivated inspired or uplifted. They are the 3%ers, you ever heard that expression you can lead a horse to water but you can’t make them drink? that’s our 97%’ers.

Now let me just clear something up there is nothing wrong with the 97%ers just because they don’t build a business that does not make them bad or wrong people, they just have different priorities and beliefs and many of them can and do make the transition to financial wealth.

It does not mean that a person who is 97%er has to stay there not by a long shot!

One of the greatest satisfactions in the Network Marketing Industry is to work with someone who had all sorts of limiting beliefs about their financial prospects and has lived the life of a 97%er and you watch them gain a higher self esteem and greater belief in themselves and their capabilities and then all of a sudden you see them reach the top of the company pay plan and move into the 3%er group, it’s awesome

Now given that you want to grow a business and be a strong leader and help lots and lots of people to achieve great results, doesn’t it make sense to lead by your own example and get out there and sponsor people into your business every week and keep your business moving up the growth ladder.

Winning the race of success and creating double digit growth in your Network Marketing business is not about busting out of the starting gates at a million miles an hour sponsoring a few people and then running around trying to keep those people corralled.

To win the race of success and create double digit growth means creating long term strategies that involve filling your prospecting funnel with highly qualified leads and sponsoring new people into your business each and every week and to teach others to do the same.

So get your Network Marketing thoroughbred qualities in place create that double digit growth and get sponsoring.
