One of the key components of success in Network Marketing is creating duplication at all levels in your business. The best way to create duplication is by using a system. What I would really like to get clear with you today is that the system must be duplicatable by anyone in your business. It must duplicate for the 18 year old who is really new to business plus it must duplicate for the 80 year old who has never been in business before, and for everyone in between, those that are experienced in Network Marketing and have perhaps not reached the success level they had hoped for. It must also be able to be duplicated by those people who have had success in Network Marketing.
Many people who have created Success in Network Marketing, using old school methods burn through lots and lots of people in their downline before they find the ones who go out and do what they do and actually build large organisations.
Now I am not criticising these people, that system was how the Network Marketing Industry kicked off and to this day some of the highest paid people in the Industry are from those early days so that system worked. However attrition rates were high and now most of us are looking to reduce the attrition rate by increasing the success rate of those who join our businesses plus people are looking for a simpler way to create success.
At one time I was part of a team where our upline was one of the best, if not the best prospector I had ever heard, she was amazing. I don’t know that I have to this day heard anyone connect with people they way she did, however despite her efforts she never created duplication in her teams to a level that gave her the time freedom she spoke of.
Some of us have great skills in certain areas of our business and that’s awesome BUT is it duplicatable? Let’s say for instance you are an excellent one on one communicator, nearly everyone you talk to walks away from you feeling like they just had the best conversation of their lives, whilst that’s awesome and good on you for developing those skills, is it duplicatable by the person who wants to build a Successful Network Marketing Business online? Probably not.
If you are an excellent public speaker and have excellent business presentation skills, the type of skills that have people sitting on the edge of their seats when you hold meetings, is that duplicatable to the person who has zero desire to speak in public? No it isn’t, so having a duplicatable system that everyone can use makes sense doesn’t it?
I believe the two main reasons most people drop out of Network Marketing is;
- They run out of money to keep up their auto ship before they develop the skills to generate an income
- They don’t have money coming in consistently enough when they first start to give them the belief they need to deal with the learning curves and negativity they sometimes face
A duplicatable system that allows people to become successful and earn money more quickly will reduce these numbers significantly.
There are situations of course where people regularly quit things before they have the chance to learn the skills they need to learn to succeed, these people quit not because of a lack of a system they quit because they lack the discipline to stay focussed and do what needs to be done, no duplicatable system is going to address that, I am talking about a duplicatable system for those people who are real about wanting the things in life they want and are willing to put in the effort
