Generating leads is paramount to creating success in Network Marketing, a fresh and constant supply of leads will grow your business and ultimately increase the amount of money you earn each month from your Network Marketing business, but is Facebook really the best way to generate those leads?

For some people the answer will be an immediate yes and they would be right for them! But your question should be not is it right for someone else but is it right for me?

There are some huge successes that have happened fairly quickly using Facebook to generate leads and to build massive Network Marketing businesses,  just check out the net and you will read amazing stories by people like Katie Freiling and others who have built almost Network Marketing empires in record time using this dynamic medium. So there is no question that it works, but you really need to consider is Facebook for you and are you for Facebook?

Lead generation on Facebook is not about spamming everyone you connect to with links to your website or your Network Marketing business, you need to apply the principles of attraction marketing, build relationships and genuinely providing people with relevant information and adding value.

Building relationships doesn’t happen overnight, people have to get to know and trust you. Relationships are about being authentic and real and having a genuine interest in people. Think about how you feel about developing a relationship with someone you want to know things about them, you want to know if you have things in common, common values and ethics. Facebook is a phenomenal vehicle to do this through you can connect with like minded people all over the world.

So like all things that are successful it will take perseverance and the willingness to possibly have to learn new skills. To successful create a continuous supply of free leads every day you will need to be  prepared to do some work and if you are you can reap great rewards in a relatively short period of time.

If you decided to use Facebook to generate leads I encourage you to stick with it until you master it! Don’t jump from one thing to another. I find a lot of people who don’t have the success in their Network Marketing business that they want are often the ones who pick up the latest “trend or system” that comes on the market.

For lead generation, Facebook works, Article Marketing works, traditional belly to belly works every method of building the business ethically, works just stick to the method you decide to go with until you get it to work for you, otherwise you will end up like the old saying, jack of all trades and master of none?

Facebook is a very effective vehicle to connect with like minded people and when it comes to building your Network Marketing business aren’t you looking for like minded people? so this could be a vehicle that proves to be very valuable for you if you use it in the most effective way.
